Chili dinner to be held in honor of Dustin Tincher

Friday, November 9, 2012

A benefit chili dinner will be held on Saturday, Nov. 10 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in honor of Dustin Tincher. The dinner will be all-you-can-eat and will be held at the Madison Township Volunteer Fire Department.

On Sept. 19, Madison Township volunteer firefighter Jeff Tincher's son Dustin was involved in a car crash on his way to work. Dustin was taken to IU Methodist where he was treated for a lacerated spleen, multiple broken ribs, a fractured pelvis and a concussion.

Dustin spent a week in the hospital and has had multiple return visits for corrective surgeries to aid in his recovery. He has many medical bills and will need a new car and hasn't been able to return to work.

If there are any questions or anyone wishes to donate, please call Chief Lee Price at 721-4104.
