County Jail

Four people have been booked into the Putnam County Jail recently.

* On Thursday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. Anthony Allen Tillberry, 26, Mooresville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana and false informing.

At 11:10 p.m. Brian Lamont Hatfield, 43, Indianapolis, was lodged at the jail for the sale of cocaine and resisting law enforcement.

At 11:28 p.m. Gracie LeeAnn Bell, 33, Greencastle, was charged with failure to appear in court.

* On Friday, Dec. 14 at 3:30 a.m. Lance Allen Lawson, 24, Indianapolis, was booked in for probation violation.

City Police

A 30-year-old Greencastle man was arrested on a Montgomery County warrant early Friday, Greencastle City Police reported.

Jason Million was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Friday at Spring and East Washington streets on a Montgomery County warrant charging him with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft.

Following his arrest by Officer Nick Eastham, Million was lodged in the Putnam County Jail, awaiting transfer to Crawfordsville.

A minor mishap was reported on the parking lot of Ivy Tech Community College, 915 Zinc Mill Rd., Wednesday afternoon.

The accident occur-red as Andrea Hutcheson, 23, Cloverdale, was backing a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer from a parking space and struck an unoccupied parked car. The 2012 Chevrolet Impala is owned by John Camp, Terre Haute.

Sgt. Terry Eastham estimated total damage at $2,500-$5,000 in the 4:03 p.m. mishap.

One recent citation was issued by GPD Officer Matt Huffman.

-- At 8:10 p.m. Thursday, Andrew Pfeiffer, 20, Greencastle, was ticketed on Indianapolis Road for an expired license plate.

Sheriff's Department

On Thursday, Dec. 13 at 1:55 p.m. Erick D. Knight, 31, Cloverdale, was eastbound on State Road 42, just east of County Road 75 East, in a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe.

Knight said his vehicle had been hit earlier in the day and he was on his way to the body shop when his left front wheel locked up, forcing him into the ditch.

Deputy Ronnie Campbell estimated damage at $1,001-$2,500.
