Wilson Cattle Co. exhibits Reserve Grand Champion Chiangus, Chianina bulls at NAILE ACA Open Show

Wilson Cattle Co., Cloverdale, exhibited the Reserve Grand Champion Chiangus Bull in the open show at the 2012 NAILE ACA National Show Nov. 14 in Louisville. Among those on hand for the award are ACA National Queen Megan Hunt, Priscilla and Bill Wilson, Jerry Erwin, judge Ken Guens and Chad Wilson at halter.

Wilson Cattle Co., Cloverdale, exhibited the Reserve Grand Champion Chiangus Bull, WCC Tephlon Don 411X 1CA, at the 2012 NAILE ACA Open Show Nov. 14 in Louisville.

The Nov. 3, 2010 son of Four Roses Destination 15T 2CA was also the Chiangus Senior Yearling Champion in the Open Show. He is co-owned with Soapstone Farms, Olney, Ill.

Wilson Cattle Company is owned by Bill, Priscilla and Chad Wilson.

Wilson's also exhibited the Reserve Chiangus Senior Bull Calf Champion, WCC Grand Hustle 465Y 1CA, an Oct. 25, 2011 son of KF Precision 361, in the Open Chiangus Show. He is owned with Clarahan Farms of Harper, Iowa.

In the Chianina Bull Show, Wilson Cattle Co., exhibited the Reserve Grand Champion Chianina Bull, WCC WOF Copper Mine 420Y 1CM. He is an April 2, 2011 son of WCC Mr Special 369W 1CA, and was also awarded the Reserve Junior Yearling Champion.

He is co-owned with Hunter Hamilton of Heltonville, and Dwayne Stephen of Illinois.

Wilson Cattle Company also exhibited the Senior Bull Calf Champion, WCC Shot Caller 470Y 1CM. He is a Nov. 25, 2011 son of WCC Easy Rider 350U 1CM.

Wilson's exhibited the Champion Produce of Dam in the Chiangus Show, along with the Best Six Head. They received the Premier Breeder and Exhibitor of the 2012 ACA National Show.

The ACA Open Show was held in conjunction with the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville. Ken Guens of Bath, Mich., evaluated the Open Show entries.
