The DePauw University women's basketball team is hosting the Amy Hasbrook Memorial Tournament this weekend.

The top-ranked Tigers play Rose-Hulman in the second game on Saturday at 5 p.m. Rockford and Spalding open the tournament at 3 p.m.

Sunday's championship game will occur at 5 p.m.

Hasbrook was a 2000 DPU graduate and four-year member of the women's basketball program.

She earned all-conference second team honors as a senior and honorable mention as a junior.

She finished her career shooting a record 65.2 percent on field goals.

Head coach Kris Huffman has called her one of the best rebounders and fiercest competitors she has ever coached.

Hasbrook died on Feb. 4, 2002 in a fire at her parents' home in Indianapolis.

Those in attendance this weekend will have an opportunity to honor Hasbrooks' memory by making a donation to the People's Burn Foundation of Indianapolis.
