Fun with Blue

Students Kain Gegory (above, left) and Alex Gibson played a game with Blue against Principal Brad Hayes and teacher Narda Cotton during the event.

The Colts mascot, Blue, recently visited Fillmore Elementary School to talk to students about living a healthy lifestyle. Among his main points were playing for 60 minutes, being respectful, making intelligent decisions, diet and education.

Student Josiah Kortz (left) also participated in a magic trick with Blue, teacher Jim Padgett and Blue's assistant Janelle Christie. Students also made a promise to take pride in themselves each day as well as make an effort to be active.
