Library's Cash for College program scheduled for Wednesday evening

The Putnam County Public Library will present a Cash for College program titled Financial Aid 101 on Wednesday, March 6, beginning at 6 p.m.

Craig Slaughter, director of financial aid at DePauw University, will present a session for college-bound students who are looking for answers to questions about the financial aid process.

Attendees will learn about different financial aid opportunities, how to qualify and how to evaluate options.

Attendees will also learn about resources that can be used to estimate the financial aid available to college students.

The program is free and open to the public.
