Easter Egg Hunt at Robe-Ann Park

The annual Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department Easter Egg Hunt is set for Saturday, March 23 at Robe-Ann Park.

The hunt is free of charge and open to all children ages 1-11. The hunt will begin at 10 a.m.

Some 7,000 prize-filled and candy-filled eggs will be hidden throughout the park for youngsters in five age groups to seek out.

Some eggs will have special redemption tickets for prizes that include a new bicycle.

Sponsors include McDonald's, Burger King, Headley Hardware, Wendy's, Long John Silver's, Carpenter Realtors, Walmart, WREB, Monical's Pizza, Kroger, Dollar General and the Friends of the Park.

Donations are always accepted by the Park Department to help further its many recreational programs.
