"We knew she was a special kid in the recruiting process. She embraces small towns. She loved Greencastle. She loved DePauw. She just really finds the beauty in the little things.

"She's a tremendous athlete. She's a Division I athlete, and we're so lucky that she came to DePauw to hone her skills and to share who she is. She is amazing, and her family is very much the same way."

"We recruited her late. We needed a point guard, and when we saw her play, we knew we wanted her. When we talked about wanting to win a national championship in her recruiting process, her eyes lit up. I think because we had a strong program when she looked at us, that made a difference.

"She's been fighting for the national championship ever since she arrived. The amount of improvement that she's had from day one as a freshman until her senior year was remarkable, and I thought from her junior year to her senior year she became a very, very special player. An All-American type player."

Kathleen Molloy

"Someone who had a tough role her first two years, and what I'm so proud of is she fought through it and she fought for a starting role her junior year. And then she lost it this year, but she didn't blink an eye.

"She knew she was going to push her teammates, she was going to work her butt off when she was on the court, and if we don't have Kathleen Molloy, we don't win this championship."
