County Jail

Several people have been booked into the Putnam County Jail recently.

* At 9 p.m. on Friday, Joshua Lee McAfee, 28, Greencastle, was charged with domestic battery.

At 1 a.m., Brett Michael Stamper, 22, Greencastle, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

* At 8:52 p.m. on Saturday, Christopher Lynn Johnson, 54, Brazil, was charged with operating while intoxicated and operating having never received a license.

At 1:10 a.m., April Renee Swenson, 29, Cloverdale, was charged with domestic battery, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct disturbing the peace.

At 1:10 a.m., William Edwin Swenson, 47, Cloverdale, was charged with domestic battery.

At 3:26 a.m., Eric N. St. Bernard, 19, Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with operating while intoxicated and being a minor in consumption of alcohol.

* At 2:11 a.m. Sunday, Brent Alan Birge, 34, Greencastle, was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

At 8:20 p.m. on Sunday, Ashley Lea Randolph, 22, Greencastle, was charged with operating while intoxicated and domestic battery.

At 8:40 p.m. on Sunday, Warren Thomas Coan, 25, Greencastle, was arrested for domestic battery and disorderly conduct disturbing the peace.

At 10:04 p.m. on Sunday, Keven Dale Crowe, 21, Coatesville, was arrested for disorderly conduct disturbing the peace and a probation violation.

* At 12:32 a.m. on Monday, Richard Alex-ander Romandine, 33, Coatesville, was charged with domestic battery, criminal confinement of an adult and strangulation.

At 12 p.m., David McCormack, 52, Greencastle was arrested on a Putnam County warrant for theft.

City Police

Three recent traffic citations were issued by Greencastle City Police officers.

-- At 9:55 p.m. Sunday, Richard Todd, 54, Brownsburg, was cited by Officer Nick Eastham for driving with a suspended license at Martinsville and Central streets.

-- At 2:06 a.m. Sunday, Leilani Hamm, 24, Coatesville, was ticketed by Officer Eastham for 45 mph in a 30-mph zone on Bloomington Street, south of Martinsville Street.

-- At 9:55 p.m. Friday, Shawnya Paugh, 32, Greencastle, was ticketed by Officer Eastham at State Road 240 and Percy Julian Drive for having an expired plate (September 2012).
