St. Patrick's Day Fun

The Cloverdale High School Student Council and the Cloverdale Community Schools Wellness Committee sponsored a Leprechaun Run on Saturday. The event was a 5k run/walk and had nearly 200 participants. Proceeds benefited the Student Council's Senior Citizens Prom, which takes place no Saturday, April 13. Among the runners, Cloverdale High School senior Jordan Smith took first place for the males, while Cloverdale teacher Claire Graham took first place for the women. Several children also had the chance to run a lap with Cloverdale science teacher Adam Hoersten, who was dressed as a leprechaun, in the Kid's Run.
