As her van continued eastbound, it ran through the red light, striking a 2005 Chevrolet Classic, driven by Rachel Finchum, 43, Greencastle, who was exiting the Family Video lot to pull across to Kroger.

Both Foxx and Finchum sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene by Operation Life ambulance personnel. The report, however, does not indicate whether either patient was transported to the hospital.

* At 4:12 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, Jason L. Long, 24, Brazil, was northbound on Manhattan Road in a 2007 Hyundai Tucson.

Long told Deputy Philip Troyer he did not remember what happened but thought he fell asleep. He crossed the southbound lane and left the road, hitting a concrete drive and overturning the vehicle.

He could not get out of the vehicle due to its position and the fact he could not put pressure on his ankle.

Long was extricated through the front window. Operation Life took him to Putnam County Hospital for treatment of the ankle.

Damage was estimated at $10,001-$25,000.
