Work Continues

With the weather warming up work continued on the façades of the Greencastle Square. Patrick Fitzgerald of Newcomb Brothers Construction worked on installing the steps 25 W. Franklin as part of the Stellar Communities grant. The current work is part of Phase 1, which is partially funded by a $1 million portion of the Stellar Community grant, while only $500,000 will be available through grants for Phase 2.
