Girl Time

The Putnam County Public Library hosted an American Girl Doll Party Tuesday evening to celebrate both the Spring season and Mother's Day. Mother and daughter duo Caroline (above, right) and Fiona Good spent time making each other friendship bracelets during the celebration. Meanwhile, Miss Indiana South 2013, Erin O'Brien, demonstrated her hula-hooping skills during the celebration. O'Brien also sang and talked about her platform, "Empowering young women to pursue sciences" during the event.
