Celebrating Veterans

Among those in the Honor Guard (from left) are Don Baldwin, Dick Keller, Robert Tyler Sr., Bill Stahl, Brian Hopkins and Roy Giesen. Kelzo "Buck" Martin of the VFW was the featured speaker of the day.

The traditional Memorial Day ceremony with the VFW Post 1550 and American Legion Post 58 Honor Guard, rifle salute and "Taps" was conducted in front of about 50 spectators Monday morning at Forest Hill Cemetery.

Afterward, many of those in attendance, including Dave Murray also visited grave sites in the Veteran's Section of the cemetery.
