Ashley Square to host free family movies this summer

Ashley Square Cimena will be hosting a free Family Film Festival each Wednesday between June 5 and July 24.

Show times are 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., and each film is rated PG.

The cinema will also be offering a small drink and small popcorn special for $3.50.

Films on tap for the summer are:

June 5: "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax"

June 12: "Madagascar 3"

June 19: "ParaNorman"

June 26: "Ice Age: Continental Drift"

July 3: "Pirates Band of Misfits"

July 10: "Hotel Transylvania"

July 17: "Rio"

July 24: "Rise of the Guardians"
