Bertha R. Gorham, 76, of Greencastle, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013.

Born Dec. 13, 1937 in Greencastle, she was the daughter of Samuel and Evelyn (Miller) Dove.

She married Clyde G. Gorham on Feb. 21, 1953 and he preceded her in death on June 23, 1998.

Bertha was a homemaker and had done babysitting in her home.

Survivors include her daughters, Cheryl (Jeff) Sutherlin of Fillmore and Marilyn Lynn (Randy James) Knors of Wisconsin; a son, Clyde G. (Abby) Gorham II of Greencastle; a sister, Barbara Joyce Parker of Plainfield; a brother, Ronnie Dove of Bainbridge; 11 grandchildren, Derek Mager, Jeremy DeVylder, Holly DeVylder, Heather Headley, Jamie Sutherlin, Cody Sutherlin, Mercedes Knors, Noah Knors, Diana Ali, Greg Knors and Melissa Knors; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Ronald Dove; and granddaughter Christina Lynn Gibbs.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 14 at the Forest Hill Cemetery with interment to follow. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 13 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home.
