Craig Barrett

Craig Barrett, 62, Hebron, Ky., passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013.

Craig was born Sept. 29, 1950 in Pocatello, Idaho, to the late Bill and Georgia Zeis Barrett.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Evick Barrett and his five children, Georgia (Charles) Holt of Boseman, Mt., Laura (David) Herr of Littleton, Colo., Stacie Barth of Hebron, Justin Barrett of Rochester, N.Y., and Kristen Barta of Spokane, Wash.

Craig was raised in Greencastle and graduated from Indiana University, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Craig worked for more than 20 years as a territory rep for Great Lake Sales.

He is also survived by his mother-in-law Hazel Evick and sister-in-law Linda Miller (Don) of Cincinnati; his six grandchildren, Ellie, Emery and Abram Holt, Asher Herr, Olyvia Rolfes and Vince Barth; siblings Steve (Mary) of Muncie, Janice Vanek of Elmhurst, Ill., Nancy Dawson (Mike) of Grabill, Jim (Beth) of St. Louis and Susan Perkins (Woodie) of Greensburg. Craig leaves many nieces and nephews who have lost a favorite uncle.
