Brazil Concert Band to present 'An After the Fourth Special'

The Brazil Concert Band will present "An After the Fourth Special," at 8 p.m. July 7 at Forest Park rain or shine.

BCB principal clarinetist Ralph Stewart will guest conduct the band. Stewart is director of the Marshall, Ill., Municipal Band and plays in the Jackson Township Community Band.

The following selections are to be performed: "The Crosley March" by Fillmore, "The Sound of Music" by Rodgers-Bennett, "Loch Lomond" by Ticheli, "An Irish Rhapsody" by Grundman, "Shrine of Liberty" by Jewell, "Pirates of the Caribbean" Badelt-Ricketts, "At Evening Time" by Jewell, "Instant Concert" by Walters, "Themes from Offenbach" by Johnson, and "The Washington Post" by Sousa.
