Keynote speech of Greencastle Summit set to air on cable access channel

The keynote speech given by Andy Frazier during the Aug. 15 Greencastle Summit will air nightly on Channel 3, the local cable access channel in Greencastle, through Sept. 10.

Frazier's 40-minute address will air at 8 p.m. nightly until the next City Council meeting on Sept. 10.

A Greencastle native who is executive director of the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development, Frazier spoke of moving the city forward after the ongoing Stellar Community program is complete.

"How will you use Stellar to continue to improve Greencastle?" Frazier asked. "What's next?"
