Raccoon SRA to host archery trail program on Sept. 21

HOLLANDSBURG -- Visitors to Raccoon State Recreation Area can shoot a bow for the first time or sharpen their skills on a 3D archery trail at the second annual "Discover Archery" program Saturday, Sept. 21.

The event will take place at the archery trail, which features multiple shooting stations.

Beginning archery programs are set for 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Archery Day is open to everyone. No broadheads are allowed.

Raccoon State Recreation Area is at 1588 S. Raccoon Parkway, Rockville.
