Greencastle Homecoming

With fall brings homecoming time at the local high schools. Greencastle High School will be celebrating its this weekend as the Tiger Cubs go up against the North Putnam Cougars. This year's homecoming court (from back, left) consist of freshmen Derek Ummel, Nick Costin, Elijah Williams, Bryce Whitney, Ashton Higgins, Kate Anderson, Madison Trout and Kate Kessler. Sophomores: Jacob Kessler, Ryan Coble, Tyler Long, Ely Bordt, Bailey Hudson, Lucy Hayes, Jessica Roberts and Kyra Shoemaker. Juniors: Zach Secrest, Calvin Hughes, Jason Ummel, (not pictured) Lane Winslow, Kristen Stevens, Rebecca Moore, Brittany Welker and Lauren Bridgewater. Nominees for homecoming king are: Ethan Gill, Seth Brown, Tyler Scott and Holden King. And those competing for the crown of homecoming queen are: May Pearl Ivy, Carly Rhine, Sam Payne and Shelby Earl.

It is a waiting game for Greencastle High School seniors until Friday when the 2013 Homecoming queen and king will be crowned.
