Greencastle Farmers Market to begin new schedule on Saturday

The ever-growing Greencastle Farmers Market will begin its fall hours this Saturday, Oct. 5.

From this Saturday through Oct. 26, the market will open at 9 a.m. and run until 1 p.m. at its location on the east side of the Courthouse Square.

Fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, baked goods, kettle corn and other snacks, along with a variety of handmade items are available from local growers, bakers and craftsmen.

Musical entertainment is also part of the weekly Saturday program at the market.
