Mary K. Montgomery

Mary K. Montgomery, age 81, of Greencastle, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013 at Mill Pond Health Campus

Born Feb. 21, 1932 in Kirklin, Ind., she was the daughter of Otha and Cindy L. (Holt) Mings.

She married Hollis P. Montgomery and was a homemaker. Hollis preceded Mary in death on Aug. 8, 1996.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Deanna Parks; brothers Robert L. Vernice and Herbert Mings; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Pauletta Montgomery; a grandchild; a brother and three sisters.

A celebration of Mary's life will be held at a later date.

Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
