Betty Lou Kolanowski

Betty Lou Kolanowski, 87, of Greencastle, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013.

She was born on July 26, 1926 in Osceola, Ind., to Charles Melvin Gill and Emma Mae Rogers Gill.

Mrs. Kolanowski was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence Kolanowski; a daughter, Marsha Kay Kolanowski; and six siblings, Madeline Russ, Lewis Gill, Caroline Wirt, Roger Gill and twin infant brothers.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Gail Kibiger and spouse of Greencastle; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Private arrangements have been entrusted to Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle.
