A pair of local heating and air conditioning providers are now under the same banner, as Royal Comfort and Smiley's Heat Cool are now Smiley's Royal Comfort. Owners Jodi and Todd Sutherlin formerly owned a One-Hour franchise in Greencastle, but when that branch was closed, they decided to find a way to get back in the community where they were both born and raised. The merger with Smiley's makes Royal Comfort the only Bryant factory-authorized dealer in Greencastle. Located in the HOP building at 1002 Mill Pond Lane, Smiley's Royal Comfort can reached at either 653-8802 or 301-9022.
