Self-defense workshop to be held Saturday, Nov. 9

The All-American Karate Academy will be hosting a self-defense workshop on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 10-11:30 a.m.

The workshop is for ages 15 and up and will cover a basic, effective and easy to apply techniques to defend ones self.

The cost is $25 per person, $20 per person with a family discount or $30 per person the day of the event.

The All-American Karate Academy is located at 1021 Indianapolis Rd. in Greencastle. To reserve a spot, persons may call Steve or Niki St. Pierre at 655-1300.
