Some 70 people took part in sampling fondue creations at another edition of Cooking 101, sponsored by Putnam County Extension Homemakers, the Area 30 Career Center Culinary Arts Class and Putnam County Hospital. Area 30 chef trainee Kathy Cash (above, left) stirs a variety of sauces to spice up meaty selections as chosen by Greencastle High School student Yuraha Mallory.
