City Police

Eight recent traffic citations were issued by Greencastle City Police officers.

-- At 7:56 p.m. Thursday, Kyle Tincher, 22, Greencastle, received two citations from Officer Nick Eastham.

Tincher was ticketed at Indianapolis Road and Percy Julian Drive for having an expired license plate (Nov. 14) and having no proof of insurance.

-- At 8:52 p.m. Dec. 10, Shelby Skirvin, 20, Greencastle, was ticketed at Indianapolis Road and 10th Street by Officer Kyle Lee for an infraction of driving with a suspended license.

-- At 6 p.m. Dec. 8, Bridget Lyons, 31, Downers Grove, Ill., was ticketed by Sgt. Charles Inman for passing in a no-passing zone on Shadowlawn Avenue.

-- At 4:50 a.m. Dec. 8, Jack Ephlin, 21, Fishers, was cited by Officer Nick Eastham for 51 mph in a 30-mph zone on Bloomington Street, south of Martinsville Street.

-- At 12:14 a.m. Dec. 8, Yuta Iwakami, 26, Greencastle, was ticketed by Officer Eastham for 54 mph in a 30-mph zone on Bloomington Street.

-- At 8:50 p.m. Dec. 7, Olivia Arnold, 16, Fillmore, was cited by Officer Eastham at Indianapolis Road and Percy Julian Drive for a probationary license violation of driving with an illegal occupant in the vehicle.

-- At 7:45 p.m. Dec. 6, Elizabeth Thornburgh, 28, Greencastle, was ticketed on Avenue D by Sgt. Inman for having an expired license plate (Sept. 13).
