Doris Virginia Boller

Doris Virginia Boller, 94, of Roachdale, went to be with her Lord on Thursday morning, Jan. 23, 2014 at Hendricks Regional Health at Danville.

She was born on April 20, 2014 to Algan and Ola Harrison Barnes at Sandcut in Vigo County.

She attended the Grider School in Putnam County and was a homemaker.

She married Leonard L. Boller on May 18, 1935 at Crawfordsville, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 10, 1988.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Barbara Boller-Stewart of Roachdale; five grandchildren, Sherrie (James) Oakley of Roachdale, Brenda (Ralph) Anglin of Ladoga, Kathryn Beck, Tony Boller of Roachdale, and Deanna (Roy) Dickerson of Waveland; 13 great-grandchildren; 29 great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great-granddaughter; one sister, Delores Barnes and companion Richard Layman of Terre Haute; and one brother, Ovid Barnes of Stone Fort, Ill.

She was preceded by one son, William A. Boller; one stepson, Leonard George Boller; and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services are planned for 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 27 at Russellville Community Church. Visitation will be at the church on Sunday, Jan. 26 from 2-6 p.m.

Rev. James and Kathy Elliott will officiate with burial will be in Blakesburg Cemetery following services.
