Sunday, January 26, 2014

Have you had to sleep in a car? Or sleep on the streets? Or in an abandoned building?

You do make a difference, and the Annual Point in Time Count wants your voice to be heard.

The Wabash Valley Planning Council on Homelessness for Region 7 is organizing a Point in Time Count in Putnam County on Thursday, Jan. 30, asking people where they spent the night on Jan. 29.

Persons can be counted at Beyond Homeless Inc., 309 E. Franklin St., Greencastle, or at a local food pantry.

Anyone with questions may contact Ann Newton at 653-3856 or 721-0508.
