GMS wrestlers go 2-1 at Franklin

FRANKLIN -- Greencastle Middle School wrestling made its season debut Saturday at the Franklin Middle School Grizzly Cub Triple Dual.

The Tiger Cubs came away 2-1 on the day, with a 57-36 win over Greenfield Central, a 57-39 win over Martinsville and a 98-11 loss to Franklin.

Cuay Thomas and Brayden Bollman had outstanding days for Greencastle, each going 3-0 on the day.

Going 2-1 for the day were Keaton Boswell, Jacob Meyer, Ethan Tuggle, Braden Lady, Cade Winslow, Mark Roberts and Nick Sabin.

Greencastle visits Owen Valley at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
