Coming off Saturday's 76-68 NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championship second-round win over Transylvania, DePauw has been selected as one of four hosts of the sectional rounds.

The sectional semifinals are slated for Friday, March 14, at DePauw's Neal Fieldhouse with the sectional finals on Saturday, March 15. Ticket information and game times will be announced later.

The 29-1 Tigers host 26-3 Carthage in Friday's second game. Carthage handed visiting Hope its only loss of the season, last night, by a 72-67 score. DePauw and the Lady Reds have met twice with each team winning once. The Tigers took an 81-78 win during the 1993-94 season, but Carthage topped the Tigers, 53-48, in the second round of the 2012 NCAA tournament at Neal Fieldhouse.

Friday's other matchup features two schools from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference as 26-3 Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Wisconsin-Whitewater (24-4) tangle. UW-Oshkosh is coming off a 72-66 home win over Washington-St. Louis in the second round, while UW-Whitewater knocked off host St. Thomas, 87-78. Two of UW-Oshkosh's losses came at the hands of UW-Whitewater. DePauw and Whitewater met for last year's Division III title with the Tigers prevailing, 69-51.

DePauw is appearing in the round of 16 for the eighth time dating back to 1998 and is hosting for the third time.
