Sunday, March 30, 2014

The annual Easter Egg Hunt at Robe-Ann Park in Greencastle is scheduled for Saturday, April 12.

The free annual egg hunt will begin at 10 a.m. for youngsters from age 1-11.

Shelterhouse No. 1 on the hillside above the bandshell will be the headquarters for more information.

An estimated 7,000 prize- and candy-filled Easter eggs will be spread throughout the park and divided among five age-group categories for children to hunt.

Youngsters will find special redemption tickets in some plastic eggs, good for prizes, including the grand prize, a new bicycle.

  • The headline states it is for Saturday, April 12 but the article states it is for Saturday, April 10.
