DePauw women's tennis earns win

The DePauw tennis team took its game to St. Catherine Friday, beating them 7-2.

The Tigers swept the doubles matches. Caroline Emhardt and Maggie MacPhail won their match 8-3 in doubles #1. Meg Crowley and Claire Marshall in doubles #2 won 8-5. In the third doubles match Julie Wittwer and Kaitlin Pickrel dominated with a score of 8-1.

DePauw won four of the six singles matches and improved to 12-3 on the season. The match scheduled for Friday, against Chicago was postponed.

They are in action Saturday April 5 at the Midwest Invitational in Madison Wisconsin at 12 p.m.
