Reassessment moves into Marion Township

With reassessment now complete in Monroe Township, county assessors are moving into Marion Township, including Fillmore, Putnam County Assessor Nancy Dennis said.

Residents should be aware that deputy assessors will be on their property performing assessments.

Assessors should have proper paperwork and badges, as well as identifying signage on their vehicles.

Deputy assessors should also notify Putnam County 911 Dispatch each morning of where they will be working, so anyone with questions about unknown individuals on their property should not hesitate to call 911.
