Wright Implement to host Drive Green Challenge May 2, 3

CRAWFORDSVILLE -- Wright Implement Company, Inc. is hosting its 2014 Drive Green Challenge event at its Crawfordsville location on May 2 and 3.

The event will give area residents a chance to check out the latest utility tractors, lawn and garden tractors, loaders and other equipment from John Deere, as well as take advantage of special savings and the chance to win a tractor package or a $500 John Deere voucher.

In addition, attendees 18 years of age and older who register at the event will also receive a $500 discount coupon that can be used toward the purchase of John Deere equipment and a chance to win a John Deere 3032E Compact Utility Tractor with D160 Loader and Frontier RC2060 Rotary Cutter.

They'll also qualify to win one of eight $500 John Deere vouchers to be given away from March through October during the promotion. This is the sixth year that John Deere dealers have hosted Drive Green Challenge events and last year more than 10,000 people attended hundreds of Drive Green events held across the country.

Ryan Hopf, Turf Sales Manager at Wright Implement Company and Wright Stemle said area residents will enjoy the chance to check out different models of equipment and take advantage of the special savings.

"The best thing about this event is the fact that we'll have different John Deere equipment available so folks can check out all the features and benefits for themselves," Hopf said. "At the same time, we want to make our event a fun, informative and rewarding experience for all who attend."

Representatives of Wright Implement will be on hand to answer questions about the equipment.

"The Drive Green events give customers a one-stop opportunity to talk with John Deere professionals to find out exactly what horsepower tractor and other equipment will best fit their property and the jobs they want to accomplish," Hopf said.
