Samuel Odell Cooper, 76, of Greencastle, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014.
Samuel was born in Clinton County, Ky., to Albert Cooper and Antha (Westmoreland) Cooper on April 6, 1938.
He had retired from Hanson Stone Company.
Survivors include children Robert Cooper, Larry Cooper and Terease Cox; grandchildren Nolan, Nicole and Cameron Cooper and Matthew Cox; and great-grandchild Brycen Cox.
Samuel was preceded in death by wife Ardith and one daughter.
Graveside services will be conducted at a later date.
