Meet the Press workshop July 8

In sponsorship with the Montgomery County Community Foundation, the Putnam County Community Foundation will present the workshop, "Meet the Press: Working with the Media."

A panel of representatives from the Banner Graphic, WREB, The DePauw and WGRE will provide information to help organizations more effectively work with local media.

Preferred formats for submitting copy, preferred media contact information and a question-and-answer session will round out the workshop luncheon.

Professor Jeff McCall from the Pulliam Center for Contemporary Media at DePauw will also be providing information to attendees.

The workshop is being held Tuesday, July 8 from 11 a.m. to

2 p.m. at the Inn at DePauw. It is sponsored by the Bonner Scholars Program of DePauw University.

Cost of the workshop is $25 or $15 if registered and paid by July 1. The cost includes the workshop, a catered lunch and all workshop materials.
