Patriotic picnic to raise money for new furnaces at Russellville Community Center

The Russellville Community Center is needing to install two new furnaces at the center, but will be needing the public's help in accomplishing this goal.

Although a $10,000 grant is on the way from the Putnam County Community Foundation, much more is needed.

The center will be hosting a kick off dinner campaign on Sunday, July 13 at noon at the center. The buffet menu will include barbecue, hot dogs, coneys, macaroni salad, baked beans, chips, desserts and drinks.

A free will donation will be accepted for the meal to help pay for hte new furnaces. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
