PCH Physician Practices now offering Patient Portal for health management

Putnam County Hospital Physician Practices, including Family Medicine of Cloverdale, North Putnam Family Healthcare, Putnam Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, and Putnam Surgical Specialties, are now offering the Physician Practices Patient Portal.

The portal will allow patients to better manage their health by allowing electronic access to health records, request prescription refills, schedule appointments, receive appointment reminders via email and communicate with their provider through secure messaging.

Patients can now sign up for the Physician Practices Patient Portal during the registration process at any of the PCH Physician Practices locations.

All PCH Physician Practices locations are accepting new patients.

With offices in Cloverdale, North Putnam and inside Putnam County Hospital, a provider of choice is always close to home for Putnam County area residents.
