Indiana Marshals elect Clark, Mahoy
The Indiana Marshals' Association (IMA) recently swore in Cloverdale Town Marshal Mike Clark as its next president as well as Roachdale Town Marshal Mike Mahoy as its first vice president.
The IMA executive committee said it was excited to have a president with Clark's experience, background and personality running the association.
Clark has been associated with marshal's departments in Indiana for more than 29 years and has been active in the IMA as a committee chair and officer for four years.
Mahoy has been associated with marshal departments in Indiana for more than 14 years and has been active in the IMA as second vice president and officer for a year.
The IMA executive committee said it was excited to have a first vice president with Mahoy's experience and background.
The IMA is a professional alliance dedicated to helping marshal departments build career tracks, recognize exemplary service, train, obtain grants and develop better procedural practices. The association takes an active role in representing marshals and their departments to the state legislature, other governmental agencies and the public.
"I look forward to the challenges of leading such a dynamic association," Clark said. "I'm proud to represent hometown law enforcement."
