Mill Pond Health Campus honored for customer service

Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle received the President's Award or Platinum Award for excellence at the Trilogy Health Services 2014 Fall Meeting in Fort Wayne Oct. 7-8.

The award was based on customer satisfaction results from a semi-annual survey that is sent to residents' family members. Mill Pond Health Campus received recognition for its customer satisfaction scores in Staff Attitude, Quality of Nursing Care, Food Quality, Activity Programming and Appearance/Cleanliness.

"We are excited and pleased to receive such great recognition," Mill Pond Executive Director Mary Huffman said. "We value the fact that our customers have given us their stamp of approval. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our residents and their families every day by delivering the best care possible. I feel very fortunate to lead such a wonderful team of healthcare professionals."

Companywide, more than 6,500 surveys were mailed to family members and other responsible parties.

This year, Trilogy had an all-time high score for customer satisfaction with an overall score of 9.29 out of 10. Results compared to the campus' past performance as well as to the performance of other Trilogy campuses.
