Barbara J. Mosteller

Barbara J. Mosteller, 77, of Reelsville, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014.

She was born Oct. 15, 1937 in Putnam County to Fredrick LaFollette and Ethel Killion LaFollette.

Barbara was a 1956 graduate of Reelsville High School.

She had been employed at P.R. Mallory, Angwell Curtain Factory and TechnoTrim in Greencastle.

She was preceded in death by her parents; seven siblings, Frank LaFollette, Tom LaFollette, Art LaFollette, Dora Prittle, Lola Gilligan, Sylvia Whitehead and Josephine Rader; and two daughters-in-law, Mary Mosteller and Christy Mosteller.

Surviving are her children, Jeff Mosteller and wife Lorie of Columbus, Ohio, Larry Mosteller of Bainbridge, Jerry Mosteller of Charlestown, and Brad Mosteller of Taylorsville, Ky.; a sister, Genevieve Bond of Reelsville; a brother, Charles LaFollette and wife Pat of Lawrence, Mass.; six grandchildren, Spencer Mosteller, Wesley Mosteller, Alisha Mosteller, Lauren Mosteller, Chad Mosteller and wife Sarah and Justin Mosteller and wife Sara; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Chad Mosteller officiating. Interment will follow at Boone-Hutcheson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from noon until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
