Jewell Izabell Gilliam

Jewell Izabell Gilliam, infant, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014. She was the daughter of Earl L. Gilliam and Leora B. Sturgis of Poland, Ind.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her paternal grandparents Kathleen Walker and Evi Capps, her maternal grandparents Paul and Julia Sturgis, her great-grandpa Harold Clayton. Many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jewell's aunts and uncles include Thad and Jackie Starkey, Joseph Thurston and Barbara Sturgis, Troy and Lynda Ellington, Maurice and Paula Malicoat, Robbie and Jean Walker, Shane Swafford, Thomas and Tammy Gilliam, and Jeffrey Gilliam.

Her many cousins include Megan and Paisley Byrer, Jacob Staley, Kara Sturgis, Kinsley Scott, Rainey Birge, Madeline Birge, Lani and Lucas Starkey, Dylan Herbert, Paul Sturgis, Daylin and Dru Miller as well as Paxton and Parker Walker.

She was preceded by her big sister Lilly Claudette Gilliam and Grandfather Thomas J. Gilliam and cousin Collyn D. Thurston.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16 at Poland Zion Cemetery.
