Horse & Pony Awards

The Putnam County 4-H Horse and Pony Club recently presented year end awards at its annual banquet. The club would like to extend a special thank you to Kevin and Denee Erwin for donating several of these awards.

Whitney Boswell (left) was honored as Junior Exhibitor, All-Around Performance Horse, while Megan Arnold was named Senior Exhibitor, All-Around Performance Horse.

Jessica Hays (left) is the 2014 Supreme Showman, representing Horse and Pony Barn, Whitney Boswell won the Overall Superior Horse Award.

Ryan Phillips was presented with Junior Exhibitor, Champion Contesting Horse and Champion Contesting Pony.

From left, Callie Buckman was named Rookie of the Year, Sydney Moore was Junior Sportsman, Kayla Evans was named Intermediate Sportsman and Bailey Goff was honored as Senior Sportsman.

Caleb Winings was honored as Senior Exhibitor, Champion Contesting Pony, while Dylan Phillips (not pictured) was named Senior Exhibitor, Champion Contesting Horse.
