Johnson Nichols to offer free flu shots

Johnson Nichols Health Clinic and Walgreens are partnering to host a Flu Shot Clinic on Friday, Dec. 12 from 1-3 p.m. at the new clinic location in the Putnam County Hospital, 1542 Bloomington St., Greencastle.

Shots will be available for ages 12 and up, but children under 18 will require parental consent.

Walgreens will be providing free vouchers for individuals with no insurance. Medicaid and Medicare recipients can also receive shots at no cost.

Navigators for the Health Insurance Marketplace will also be available to answer questions about enrolling in an insurance plan or Medicaid.
