Pride - 50th Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Murray Pride will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Dec. 28.

Murray Pride and Sara Albright were married in Clarksville, Tenn., on Dec. 28, 1964.

Murray is the retired superintendent of North Putnam and Eminence school corporations. Sara taught school in Union County, Ky.

The couple are the parents of Dr. Paige Pride Marsh of Scottsville, Ky., and Chip Pride (Amy) of Owensboro, Ky. They have six grandchildren.

The family celebrated the anniversary in June, when they took a Disney cruise to the Bahamas.
