Eagles Play Santa

Thursday, December 25, 2014
Eagles Lodge members and their children and grandchildren all came to see Santa and Mrs Claus at an Eagles lunch with Santa program recently at the Greencastle lodge. After lunch 67 children received a gift from Santa. After a drawing, one boy and one girl, Andy Abell and Briar Mangus, were taken to Walmart with their parents and the Eagles Auxiliary bought them each a new bike. Thanks to all the members who participate in the Friday night raffles, the 67 children all went home happy. Each child was able to sit on Santa's lap to let him know what they wanted for Christmas while Mrs. Claus handed them each a gift and a candy cane. (Courtesy photo)
