Charles P. Branham Sr.

Charles P. Branham Sr., 40, of Carbon, entered Heavens Gates on Thursday, Dec. 25, 2014 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

He was born March 12, 1974 in Putnam County, the son of Robert Branham Jr. and Patricia Terry Branham Pleake.

He graduated from Greencastle High School.

An avid mechanic, he loved to work on anything with a motor. In the past, he worked at Walmart in Greencastle.

He was a devoted family man.

On June 11, 1994, he married the love of his life, Lori Collins Branham. Together they raised their sons, Charles Jr. and Robert Branham. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and "mudding" with his sons.

Survivors include his wife, Loretta "Lori" Branham and sons, CJ and Robbie, all of Carbon; his mother, Patricia Pleake; brother Brad Hanlon and sister Tricia (Lodell) Gibson, all of Greencastle; mother and father-in-law, Gladys and Bud Collins of Staunton; brother-in-law William Collins; sisters-in-law Janet Eaglin, Joyce Skank and Lisa Collins and other extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Merle Branham; stepmother Diana Branham; uncle Terry Branham; aunt Susie Crawford; cousin Shawn Coffman and both maternal and paternal grandparents.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31 at Lawson-Miller Chapel, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil, with Pastor A. J. Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
