The Greencastle Police Department (GPD) and Greencastle Fire Department responded to a three-vehicle wreck at the intersection of Seminary and Bloomington streets on Monday afternoon shortly before 1 p.m.

Involved in the incident was Emily Smith, 23, in a 2015 Mazda CX-5; Kimberly Young in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Josh Mitchell, 19, driving a 1994 Buick four-door sedan.

The Buick appeared to have been struck on the passenger side, severely damaging both the front and rear doors on that side of the car.

The driver of the Mazda remained inside the vehicle while the Jeep was loaded onto a tow truck and GPD cleaned debris from the roadway and directed traffic around the incident.
